Our website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This site is built with plain, lightweight code so it loads quickly and works with screen readers, keyboard navigation, zoom, and reduced-motion settings. We use readable color contrast, labeled form fields, and text descriptions for images.
We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. If something doesn't work for you, please tell us and we'll fix it or get you the information another way.
Our programs
NLYC specializes in youth with disabilities, special needs, and behavioral health needs. Our classes use predictable routines, visual schedules, adapted activities, and movement and calm-down breaks. Families and school teams can share what works for their child, and we'll follow that guidance.
NLYC is an enrichment program, not a clinical or therapy service.
